May 11, 2016) (putative class action on behalf of shareholders of Hatteras Financial Corporation against the company’s officers and directors alleging violations of the Exchange Act and other claims arising out of a proposed merger of its real estate investment trust operations with Annaly Capital Management, Inc.).
