Andrew Wagner received his law degree magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where he was a notes editor of the Duke Law Journal, a member of the Moot Court Board and an executive officer in the Environmental Law Society. He earned his bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Wheaton College.
